You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, products
must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. 2.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, such as
fragrance refills or diffusers that have been unsealed. 3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at cultishopus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. You will be
responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or sent in error. 4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved
refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 5. Damaged or Incorrect
Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery at
cultishopus@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. 6.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
